Codes of Conduct
Bridge of Don A.S.C. is defined by it's people. From the swimmers to the coaches, officials and volunteers; all of them need to be able to work together.
This can only happen when every person involved understands...
- What behaviour and personal commitment is expected from themselves.
- What behaviour and personal commitment they can expect of others.
The Club's Management Committee has created Codes of Conduct which explain these expectations.
Swimmers, coaches, officials and volunteers are all required to sign and agree to the relevant code of conduct as approved by the Management Committee.
The powers given to the Management Committee to write and enforce rules for taking part in Club activities are outlined in the Club's Constitution.
