I have taken over from Julia as Gala Entries Secretary.

I would like to send out meet entry forms electronically. If you are happy to receive meet entry forms by email please click on the link below and send me your email address details along with the name of the swimmer and their squad.

Also if your child does not wish to enter meets please tell me and I won't issue a paper copy of the meet entry form. If in future they change their mind, the meet entry form will be on this website.
